All Prices are subject to change without notice. Landscaping materials are natural products; AZ Rock Depot is not responsible for variation in size or color. A 25% fee applies to all returned materials deemed acceptable for return. AZ Rock Depot does not pick up material. Returning materials is the responsibility of the customer. AZ Rock Depot is not responsible for any damage caused by truck, including cracked or damaged concrete, Driveways, water lines, underground utilities, landscaping and anything else on property. Customer agrees to pay all charges upon delivery of material if it is necessary to employ an attorney to collect the amount of this sale, buyer agrees to pay reasonable amount of attorney’s fee and cost of suit, 8% per annum service charge added to past due accounts. If bills are not paid in full for the materials furnished a mechanic’s lien leading to the loss, through court foreclosure proceedings, of all or part of your property being improved may be placed against the property. AZ Rock Depot is not responsible for rock or any other materials dumped in street, customer is responsible for removing materials from the street and/or placing reflective cones around material. You agree to indemnify and hold Us harmless against any claims, demands or suits arising out of any loss, damage or personal injury caused to You, including any loss, damage or personal injury that may occur while loading, unloading or handling the Products. We make no guarantees that the Products do not contain certain color, size, or other cosmetic variations, and many of the Products contain naturally occurring colored minus material known as fines.

Refund Policy

Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made 24 hours PRIOR to the scheduled delivery date. Same day cancellations may be subject to a $50 Restocking Fee. Order modifications or cancellations made less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee. If there is a discrepancy in material delivered, office must be notified within 72 hours MAX. Refunds, credits, exchanges must be made within 72 hours from the date of delivery. A full refund may be given if the material delivered is incorrect to the material ordered and listed on the receipt, incorrect quantity from the receipt, incorrect size, or incorrect color from the receipt. It is urgent to notify the office as soon as possible and no later than 72 Hours from the date of delivery.
