DELIVERY WAIVER
The property owner and/or buyer assumes all responsibility for the property of requested delivery upon all
purchases and orders made with AZ Rock Depot. We are not liable for any damages made by Rock It trucks once
they have entered on the property of requested destination of delivery.
Do not match material based off pictures online. We highly recommend confirming and/or matching products at either
one of our locations with an employee. If failing to do so, consumer will solely be responsible for all materials once the
order has arrived at the destination. AZ Rock Depot is not liable for heavy fines, color variation, and sizing on all
materials as we do not produce these products. Customer is responsible for orderinging wrong products.
All products must be washed down. Screened – 15%-35% fines. Minus – 50%-85% fines. Rip Rap – 15%-35% fines.
Boulder dumps are at customers risk, cracking, chipping or breaking can occur when loading and/or dumping.
AZ Rock Depot requires instructions for the exact location of desired dump area. The spot must be visibly marked by
either tape, cones, spray paint, buckets, etc. Please note that our trucks are full size semis, area needs to be accessible.
All drivers have the right to deny the dump location if they feel the area is unsafe. If the driver is not able to get a hold of
the customer they will choose an appropriate location to dump.

The property owner and/or buyer assume all responsibility for towing, ground ruts, fees, and any underground fixtures such
as irrigation, septic tanks, overhead wires/lines, etc. We are not liable for any damages made to lawns, turf, trees, shrubs,
utilities, septic systems, pavement, stone, driveways, walls, gates etc.
AZ Rock Depot does NOT pick up material, returning products is the customers responsibility.
All sales are final when placing orders.
In the case that our truck gets stuck, a tow company will be required and at customers expense.
Due to a high volume delivery schedule, if for any reason our driver is waiting on the property unable to dump,
a fee of $75 will be charged after 30 minutes and continue on in 15 minute increments.
AZ Rock Depot is not liable for HOA fees
YARD PICK-UP TERMS & CONDITIONS

For all yard pick-up orders, AZ Rock Depot is not liable for theft, damage, or accidents that may happen on the property. Hard hats, and closed toe shoes should be worn if exiting your vehicle. Customer agrees to enter property at their own risk.

All our landscaping materials are natural products. Arizona Rock Depot LLC is not responsible for variation in size or color. Color variation is normal but not always noticeable. Rock is screened through mechanical machines from the quarry. Elongated rock MAY be much larger in one direction than the size specifies. All Prices are subject to change without notice. A 25% fee applies to all returned materials deemed acceptable for return and must not be spread before return. All sales are final. Arizona Rock Depot LLC does not pick up material. Returning materials is the responsibility of the customer.
